Rubber Peptizer AP

Uses:
It can accelerate the peptizing speed and reduce 1/3-1/2 of peptizing time of rubber to lower down the consumption of energy. It can be used safely and offers no bad effects to curing speed and physical properties of materials. The active ingredient is pentachlorophenyl mercaptan zinc.

Directions for Use:
Rubber chemical AP is a kind of peptizer,it can be used in the natural and synthetic rubber or alloy rubber. It can be added into peptizing machine with crude rubber, or added into blender mill in one time after cracking. Dosage is 0.1-0.3 portions. The best operational temperature is 155°C±5°C.
