Rubber peptizing agent AP

Uses:
It can accelerate the peptizing speed and reduce 1/3-1/2 of peptizing time of rubber to lower down the consumption of energy. It can be used safely and offers no bad effects to curing speed and physical properties of materials. The active ingredient is pentachlorophenylmercaptan zinc.

Directions for use:

It can be used in the natural and synthetic rubber or alloy rubber. It can be added into peptizing machine with crude rubber, or added into blender mill in one time after cracking. Dosage is 0.1%-0.3% portions. Best operational temperature is 155°C±5°C.
Packing & storage:
25kg composite bag, no toxic, stored in NT, dry place, avoid the sunlight directly, the valid period is 12 months.
