Rubber Peptizing agent AP
Uses:
It can accelerate the peptizing speed ,reducing 1/3-1/2 of peptizing time lowing down the consumption of energy. It can be used safely and offers no bad effects to curing speed and physical properties of materials. The active ingredient is pentachlorophenylmercaptan zinc.

Directions for use:
It can be used in the natural , synthetic and alloy rubber. It can be added into peptizing machine with crude rubber, or added into blender mill in first time after cracking. Dosage is 0.1%-0.3% portions. Best operational temperature is 155°C±5°C.Packing & storage:
