Use:
It is suitable for the bonding of rubbers and various framework materials, like galvanized steel wire, coppered steel wire and polyester; also used in the bonding of fluororubber and canvas, nylon and aramid.

Directions for Use:
This adhesive just needs to be added when mixing the rubber. It can well bond the rubber and framework materials through vulcanization. When bonding rubber to galvanized or coppered steel wire, the normal dosage of this adhesive is 3-5 portions, or together with 10-15 portions of white carbon black. The bonding effect will be even better if simultaneously applying 0.5 portion of cobalt salt.

1.This product can be used singly, and can also replace Adhesive RE, A. REA. It can reduce production cost and bring good economic as this product need small dosage and easy to use.
2.No pollution and color change to light-color rubber product after high temperature vulcanization
3.It has good conglutination, drawing mightiness has apparent improvement before and after wearing out
4.It can improve plasticity of rubber, extend burn period, and improve production program and reduce heat.
Packing & Storage:
25kg plastic woven bag lined with film. Avoid fire, high temperature and moisture. Stored at room temperature.
