Properties:
White or yellowish crystalline powder, soluble in ethanol, aceton, benzene, dichloroacetylene, insoluble in water and fatty hydrocarbon with the combustion temperature of 140°C and autogenous temperature of 290°C.
Uses:
Used as the sulphidizing agent and accelerating agent for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It can decompose active sulfur with the assay of 27%. It can be used safely and happen no coke even it is working with high abrasion furnace black. Because slow curing speed, it mostly is working with accelerant such as thiazole type, thiram type and dithiocarbamate, etc. Foe better performance, you can add sulfur. Salicylic acid type of products can decompose this product and speed the curing rate, but can offer bad effects on physical performance. No frost, color change, pollution and easy to disperse. It is suitable for tire, thick products, cable, wire, heat-resisting product and thin products, particularly applicable to butyl rubber, with good resistance to heat, age and distortion.
